Untitled
In a series, Untitled visual language is enforced by verbal coding. This is the challenge to the classical art school, which dominates today in art. Because of many reasons, the artist is a hostage of techniques such as “canvas, oil”. In this project using it I make a step from this technique. In the new conceptual project, in which techniques are not important works have the following names: Acrylic on canvas, Charcoal on the carton, Digital printing. These names emphasize the problem of Contemporary art in a global meaning. This is the visual redundancy, overproduction of images, and art oversaturation. These problems move parallel with common problems of the civilization, which is now the consumption society, where oversaturation by goods and their overproduction cause fast changes in new cell phone models, new cars, and new food products etc.
The laconic and symbolic approach which shows the main idea of the picture does not “cheat” the viewer by “the enchanting play of light and shadow” or by the “secret of author’s technique” and “riot of color”.
At the same time, this is an oil painting on canvas where each letter and figure is painted by hand.
